You can sponsor a child through some of the organizations listed below. We have carefully screened them. Get your organization or church involved: talk to them about the needs, and see how they respond. Organize an awareness event and use the documentary to inform the audience about the urgent need in the DRC.

World Vision

is a Christian relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. For sponsoring a child for the DRC, check the link below and search by country.

The Kinshasa’s Children’s home

(KCH) The KCH is located in the DRC’s Capital, and is home to 70 orphaned children. It is comprised of two homes. The boy’s home has currently 50 boys who lived on the streets before joining the center. The girl’s home has 20 girls.

The Dikembe Mutombo Foundation

The Dikembe Mutombo Foundation is dedicated to improving the health, education and quality of life for the people of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The Foundation strives to accomplish this goal through an emphasis on primary health care and disease.

Save Africa’s Children

 Founded by Bishop Charles Blake of the West Angeles Church of God, this organization contributes to over 300 orphan care projects in Africa. They fund projects in the DRC, Lubumbashi for orphans.

ONG La Charite Plus Orphanage In KasaVubu Commune of Kinshasa. Created in 2001 by Robert Kimbembi, the center houses 36 children.

Nazarene Compassionate Ministries

partners with Nazarene interests to facilitate ministries, which address the temporal as well as the spiritual needs of the economically disadvantaged.

Every Child Ministries

Empowering Humanity One by One

EHOBO is a US-Based non-profit organization whose mission is to educate the Congolese population so that they may learn proper nutrition to reduce premature deaths of children less than seven years of age
Christian Aid is an agency of the churches in the UK and Ireland. We work wherever the need is greatest, irrespective of religion or race.

Children of Promise

International An interdenominational Christian mission organization dedicated to providing spiritual and physical care to orphans and destitute children. They operate a home in Kinshasa Binza. Highly recommended.

Thirst No More Corporation

TNM is a nonprofit humanitarian organization committed to meeting the needs of a hurting world. It’s first major undertaking is called Project Congo. The objectives is to aid in the restoration of three schools in the city of Kinshasa. Check their website. Highly recommended.
